Missions
SE Indonesia

Andy and Emily are originally from Tennessee. Emily was born and raised in Blount County. She served as Pastor Jeff’s Intern for two summers while in college. Pastor Jeff’s says of Emily, “She has always had a special heart for God. I don’t know anyone that has sought God harder or loves Jesus more. Her husband Andy is special as well and is deserving of a godly lady like Em. We will do whatever we can for them. They have the hearts of servants and live lives of sacrifice… they have taught me much about following God.”

They live in SE Indonesia with their 3 children. Andy runs an agricultural farm teaching folks improved ways to farm and better use their resources. Recently BCC has helped or is helping with the following:

  • A seminar for reaching Muslims with the gospel
  • Helped finance a 3 acre production field for agricultural farming
  • Sponsored a training event for Andy and two teammates (they traveled by a truck 15 hours to attend the 2 day training)
  • Helped a needy family buy work uniforms for their daughter’s first job
  • Helped in expenses for an Agricultural center. One such item was renovating a building used to train farmers in home industry skills(simple skills in processing Agriculture products efficiently and sanitarily)
  • Helping launch a new English Club ministry targeting college students
  • Purchased equipment for the farm such as a generator

Andy and Emily have a monthly, electronic newsletter. If you want to receive this, email Gina Williams at This e-mail address is being protected from spam bots, you need JavaScript enabled to view it

  • Planning and leading Kids Club filled with games, songs, crafts, and bible stories;
  • Collecting and donating food to restock the Mission Raleigh Food Pantry;
  • Assisting with community- wide block parties; and
  • Light construction projects in the apartment complexes.

These trips have impacted hundreds of needed children and our adults’ and teenager’s lives.
